I Love Merino

I had a super warm and friendly experience shopping with Margarita in her very cute quaint store. I took my good friend with me visiting from the states and adored her also. Margherita was accommodating, helpful and full of positive energy. We also got invited to look around her lovely garden. When my friend and I were purchasing our garments Margherita kindly gave us a reasonable discount for our custom. I will definitely return not only for the fantastic service but for the beautiful luxurious knit ware. Thank you Margherita

Have been here a couple of times and both times vowed never to return due to appalling service , or more to the point lack of However I had no option but to return once more today and the service was even worse, no acknowledgement on entering the store and once I approached the counter one person walked away and the other turned her back on me! When it was obvious I wanted to be served the backturner served me but the other came out and stood in front of me texting. Not once was I acknowledged by her. After three bad experiences I wont be supporting my local store anymore.

Great range of clothing and accessories in store, however, I too found the service really disappointing. Both women sat behind the counter and barely acknowledged my arrival. Such a shame as it is a lovely store.
