Highly recommend. Yes, you do pay a HIGH price to relocate your household, but you also get fantastic service provided. We had Lockee and Justis (Crown- Tauranga) packing up our house, very respectful, kind gentlemen and they did a fantastic job. Thank you guys!

Please double think about using Crown, or at least pack valuables yourselves as they may go missing and you will have to contact the police We have recently moved with Crown from Auckland to Rotorua. We were told by others as they are a big company things are done well and easy to claim anything via their internal insurance system if anything goes wrong. However, during the move our PS5 console and one controller out of 4 was the only thing that wasnt delivered. We claimed a report that the items are missing and initially Crown said they will check with the movers if anything was left behind at the depot etc. They said there was nothing left. We waited for the insurance team to get back to us. But after several weeks, they claimed the PS5 was delivered in box no.40 and so it is a matter that we need to deal with the police ourselves if it is missing. We told them box 40 only had the other controllers and electronic items but not the PS5 console. Since then, we have been trying to get in touch with the manager to talk to them about this but we received no reply to any of our messages or phone calls. We are really disappointed with how they dealt with our situation. It really is devastating as the ps5 was difficult to purchase and makes us wonder how just the ps5 went missing out of all our items.
