        Always so so helpful when I need a pescription or advice, when I picked my sons formula up yesterday and hadn't brought the pram, one of the ladies carried it out to my car for me highly recommend

        The lady from Lancome (I wish I could have known her name) was extremely helpful and nice. She solved the problem for me with her excellent customer service skills. She just made my Christmas so delighted because of her help! I can't expect anyone better than her!
