Quite a stressful and unpleasant experience from the start. I Arranged my day around to be home for a quote three days in a row while Dave cancelled on me last minute each day until finally sending a quote that missed a key part of the job and so the quote was later increased. When they did eventually come they damaged some of my belongings in the bathroom, took shelves out to do the job and put them back in a completely different spot. They offered to sort the electrician and then charged a commission for doing so including on electrical material costs and electricians transport fee etc (Dont have a problem with this but would have much preferred they were transparent about this from the beginning as I would have happily had my own electrician come). Dave did apologise for some of the above and its great to finally have my hot water cylinder fixed but I ended up getting someone else to come sort their mistakes after such an unpleasant experience and a lot of my time used trying to sort it.
