Outstanding. From the minute we meet Dee we knew that she along with Paige were the ones we would list the property with. Her knowledge and understanding of the property and the purchaser that would meet the criteria of the property was outstanding. She went our of her way to make the sale as easy as possible. Exceptional communication and support. Selling my house through Courtenay was a very positive experience. She was always available to support me through the whole experience, by answering questions and letting me know what was happening through the whole selling process. Wonderful communicator! We choose Ashlea to sell our property in Papamoa, we live in another city so having an agent that could communicate constantly with us was absolutely integral. I first came accross Ashlea years ago when we first thought of selling and was instantly impressed by how she came back to me so quickly, she kept us up to date with the market and what things were selling for in the area.
