Exceptional communication and support. Selling my house through Courtenay was a very positive experience. She was always available to support me through the whole experience, by answering questions and letting me know what was happening through the whole selling process. Additionally, she liaised with my tenant, the property manager and other stakeholders in a timely professional manner that made life easy for me as the seller. Wonderful communicator! We choose Ashlea to sell our property in Papamoa, we live in another city so having an agent that could communicate constantly with us was absolutely integral.
