I was home in New Zealand for Christmas and contacted Kris to view some apartments at Mt Maunganui that she had listed. Once I had left NZ again we stayed in touch and she let me know when the perfect Mount apartment came up for me... and now it's mine! Kris is a very positive and conscientious estate agent who works very hard to find you the right house. She listens to your requirements and makes the time to look for the right place. Once found, Kris then works with you through the whole process and goes the extra mile if needs be. We met Kris through a random text I sent out when we were looking at homes. She promptly called us and from our first conversation both myself and Amber knew she was the one we wanted to work with. She quickly went to work getting us through many private house viewings. She was happy to present all my random (low) offers and was just generally always there for us to answer our questions. She is now the only agent we would work with. Highly recommend to everyone.

We recently purchased a property through Kris, she was always responsive and positive to deal with. She has strong legal knowledge so could help us with questions we had regarding the property which saved us having to spend time asking others.
