Rude customer service. Told to come back and order later. I did so and when I came back the person serving was very rude. Felt like she didnt want to be there and was almost annoyed I had come back to order. Also heaps of food was out of stock and they couldnt make. Not impressed.

0 customer services Person didn't want to be there, could tell we where just another customer which meant work to her... We were waiting for a while with no other customers to be seen, staff member saw us and continued out the back cleaning something. Came out after we rang the bell, No smile no hello. We asked about vegaterian options and the staff member wasnt very helpful or accommodating. We didn't continue with purchase due to service.

I have tried twice now to try the food, several months apart The first time I was told ( about an hour before closing) that they were out of all menu items barr one, and that one item had a 20 minute wait - there were no other customers so? Today I was told (rather abruptly) that they couldn't take my order as they only had one staff member on. Really bad service both times, I get COVID, staff shortages etc etc but why even bother opening if the majority of customers are turned away unhappy and leave damaging reviews? I won't be trying a third time, that's for sure!

great tacos and burritos that's very filling. been here a few times and probably some more in the future.

5:10pm Wednesday. Turn up wanting to order and waited at the counter for a few mins. The staff member on duty, was too busy on her laptop to even look up and come and take my order and then once I got her attention she was reluctant to even get up. This was ok as they could have been on a break, which I was trying to be respectful of. But then when I tried to order I was told they had no rice and would need to wait 25 mins for a burrito because of this. There was no one else even around to cause such a rice shortage. Youd think a food place well know for its burrito menu (all containing rice) would have sufficient ingredients to deliver on these advertised meal options. The whole experience was suspicious and came across as a young worker that couldnt be bothered to take an order and had mentally clocked out prematurely. If it was 10 mins before closing maybe I could believe this. But 50 mins before closing, a company such as this should be able to fulfil a simple order without such delays. All I was getting served was a strong feeling of inconvenience for the worker there this evening. Wont bother again, as Im sure is desired by you. Well done
