Went to rising tide tonight with a group of people. They forgot my onion rings and another person of the groups dumplings. The server got the receipt, said that we didnt order them which we 100% did might help if they repeated the order. They made us come and pay for them at the counter and said it will take 2 minutes for the onion rings and dumplings to cook. Then we wait another 20 minutes for the dumplings and Onion rings everyone had finished eating. The staff were rude from the moment we came in they were just chatting and didnt ask how our food were we had to get there attention to ask if our onion rings/dumplings were on the way. One thing I wont complain about is the chef amazing food! Especially the dumplings and burgers this is why I will put 2 stars but sadly wont be back due to the poor service.
