        Driving into Tiarua last Thursday in the pouring rain we are stopped at the stop go guy for the on coming traffic to clear when I notice the Higgins staff member on the sign absolutely drenched. He had no rain coat or leggings, he was shivering. I rang Higgins office to report to them but they weren't interested. Come Higgins, look after your staff!
