Booked a Hobbiton and Rotarua tour We left an hour later than specified time At hobbiton the tour we booked offered a dress up photo opportunity That didnt happen At Rotarua the tour booked offered a Maori museum tour and a traditional haka performance that didnt happen Our tour also offered Kiwi bird viewing That didnt happen It was an eight hour tour and we were given snack bags but no opportunity to get lunch I totally understand traffic, staffing shortages even weather conditions affecting the tour however there was no forthcoming information that we would miss 3 major tour items that we expected and one of the reason we choose this tour Really disappointed

Jan and Steve are perhaps the most lovely people we have ever met!! Jan was so patient and accommodating with our many cruise ship port time changes, and last minute switcharoo. Steve did a complete shift of his entire day to meet our tour requests, and we will forever be grateful for this. Steve was absolutely hilarious and gave us such a warm NZ welcome. Of our 19 days on vacation through NZ/Tassie/AU, this was by far our favorite. If you're going to the Port of Tauranga, Zealandier Tours will take great care you! Meet you right outside the ship, comfy van, sort out the tickets, and narration from a local- what more could you want?! We had the best day ever!!

Recently went on the Hobbiton tour with Zealandia with my partner and a few other fellow cruise passengers and it was the most brilliant experience! Our guide Stephen was fantastic! We were just expecting to be taken to hobbiton and back but we were all guided around areas on the way to hobbiton, told amazing information about New Zealand and the different areas. Taken to a beautiful waterfall, kiwi fruit farm and other scenic areas. We were amazed with the service they provided! Would definitely be touring with Zealandia in the future and you should consider them first for any tours they provide. You wont be disappointed. Worry free, we were all back to the boat with hours to spare.
