        The worst customer service I have ever received. Asked for a size for a shoe and was told it was the last one. Asked if it was in any other colour and her reply was told that if its not on the wall then no. I then asked if they knew and was told NO sarcastically. I walked out and could hear laughing. There was nothing only one other customer there so didnt look like she couldnt take the time to look. Staff did not look representative of anyone I would find in a sports shop. Im was confused as to who was working there. Will not go there again

        Great products but no discouting for buying more than one product. Now also no discount deals or valued policy / customers. .

        I had a wonderful experience buying my football training socks with the wonderful Jen, she was a great help and I would recommend going to the store.

        Customer service was disgusting!! I was looking for t-shirts for myself. When I asked the Retail Assistant for help, she looked at me as if I had covid and in a dumb voice she said 'sorry??' "they're over there' (abruptly). DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. LUCKY I WASN'T MYSTERY SHOPPING. This store would have scored very low!!
