        Lift was broken both times (when I filled my storage unit and got part of the day when I emptied it - which was about 5 weeks apart), which was pretty disappointing. They did charge me for one less month as compensation, which I appreciated. Otherwise good experience, just be aware if you're looking at a unit in the first floor.
