I switched from 2 degrees to One NZ almost 2 weeks ago and what a horrible mistake, it's been problem after problem since. I've been in different stores 3 times and one the phone with them like 10 times, having to wait on hold over half an hour every time, and after that whole nightmare I'm still having issues. So braze yourself for a week for your number to be moved, another week of your data not working, and if you thought you'd receive 5GB of data for free for moving your number with them, forget about that, it's a scam. I surely miss the 2 Degrees service after all of that.

Wanted to get rid of "the terrible 2s" (alias 2) service and transfer my number to Vodafone. The lady who assisted us tried 3 times and our request was denied. We went to the "the terrible 2s" office and they said she had entered the "code" correctly but that Vodafone had denied it. Back at Vidafone the lady had submitted a report to the appropriate department. Got home znd received a message from "the terrible 2s" with a $20.00 credit. Are you all playing games? I feel like a hostage.
