I wouldn't recommend going there for several reasons. I asked to purchase a vehicle on finance the guy called Aaron had no intention on selling me a vehicle gave me the run around from the start. Firstly he didn't bother asking for my phone number didn't send the finance application claimed my emails kept bouncing back.When I spoke to him over the phone his attitude came across as condescending. Didn't even bother going through my financial information after a week I get a email claiming I didn't have enough income to purchase. 2 weeks later i went to another car dealer they took the time to go through my finances I've since purchased a BMW. The team at Cars r us Rotorua awesome team highly recommended.

For great service, professionalism and impressive overall customer care I really dont think you can go past Mount Autos. Not knowing much about cars, I had a lot of questions - which Aaron answered clearly and comprehensively. Aaron and his team were just awesome - even down to organising an insurance quote for me (with all the time that can entail these days) and delivering the vehicle to me using two of his employees - so I didnt have to take anyone back to the dealership. The vehicle runs very smoothly and, though used, was presented well for a 2010 SUV.
