Went in for drivers licence renewal ,and great service ,happy staff well worth the extra distance from another provider in TGA where some staff should be in a different profession

Absolutely appalling, my partner has tried 3 times to get his license replaced each and every time they tell him something different, last time he had everything and was good to go but they wouldnt accept his original birth certificate because of it being dated 1996 , after ordering a new birth certificate and waiting to go and try again with everything else he had originally taken in theyve now said that what he brought in last time is not good enough this time. To make matters worse each time hes spoken to someone they have been extremely rude.

Bringing some overseas drivers in for their licences, rude female behind the counter who rolled her eyes once we walked in, need a refresher in customer services for all races, sadly one rotten apple ruining it for a business which we have used in the last 5 years, thank you we will take our business to the AA.
