        Absolutely clueless on how to run a company. The best thing about them was that I got a full refund because they never collected my bin. Had to phone them every week to say "Hey! When is my bin getting emptied" Useless, amateur company. I guess Tauranga council went with the cheapest option rather than the best.

        Worst service ever. Still waiting for them to pick our bin up from 2 weeks ago. Never been able to get through on phone. Emailed them twice in last 2 weeks - finally responded: Good afternoon, Thank you for your email. Bin will be removed on 26/04. Kind Regards Anjali Devgan Thats great - service finishes on 26/04 for the whole of Tauranga so thats the most convenient time for them to empty our bin - because theyre taking it away. I have paid for my bin to be emptied two weeks ago, so Id prefer if you honour your contractual obligations. Service: Trash removal & disposal
