emails later in my attempt to resolve this and Dave has continued to blame me for the parts missing im appalled and out of pocket and pump which cost $304.75 they offered a partial refund if I pay for the missing parts labour and return postage or alternatively they will post back the pump that is not working.Im all for supporting NZ businesses but not when they do not treat or listen respectfully or even consider the unfairness of this situation.
