We purchased a $180 voucher for a family with 3 young children as a Christmas gift and planned to use it in January during their holiday. Unfortunately we had the cyclone and awful weather on and off over the next few weeks. I'm extremely disappointed in Waimarino who will not budge on giving us any extension to enable the family to plan again come down in December when it warms up. We asked for a refund and planned to repurchase so they had this coming December to use it, but they flatly refuse to even consider a couple of weeks. I certainly wouldn't recommend them and would never consider using them again. Their attitude was awful
