Sarah was an amazing host. So friendly, informative & down to earth. H&S conscious without been boring, ha. The whole trip from start to finish was just awesome. The kayaking, the hot pools, the food, the company, the glow worms and the perfect night sky. Having such a small group, meant it was more personal and we got to know our companions. One of the best nights I've had in a long time. Highly recommended and Sarah given a payrise

Great family tour on a canoe. The tour guides were clear and helpful. My 6 year old daughter really enjoyed it. They supplied life jackets and some fleece jackets. They also offered mosquito repellent. The lake was gorgeous and watching the sunset as we paddled back was breathtaking. The glow worms were so fascinating and beautiful to see. There is one tour guide at each end of the canoe. They took turns walking about the glow worms. It was difficult to hear the other tour guide at the end of the canoe because we were sitting near the front of the canoe. The people sitting near the back of the canoe told me it was difficult to hear the guide tour at the front. One of the tour guides kept telling dads jokes, it was entertaining.

Did the glow worm kayak. Lovely trip down the river, glow worms were impressive. Would have preferred a longer time in the kayak, quite a lot of time taken up bussing there and back from the main centre.
