Noel has sold two houses for us in the last 10 months. The fact that we chose him to sell the second house speak volumes of how excellent he was with the first sale. Noel has loads of integrity! He does what he says he will, without fail! (sorry if this jinxes you Noel) He took on board suggestions we made and, if he had reasons why the suggestion probably isn't a good idea he would explain the concerns he has, always in a very diplomatic way!
