        Ouch, terrible customer service. Thought I would support local buying a few towel rails but it's better to go to Bunnings where you can return things that don't work (and don't fit perfectly) without question. "Unfortunately we cannot accept a return due to the item being used, we have templates and guides on our website that show how to pop them up, and our screws fit perfectly. We also recommend a builder to install all of our products for ease of installation. Thank you, Daniel C Director"
