Hollie and Susan have been amazing! We were needing a new carseat for our toddler as we have Number 2 on the way. I firstly did a zoom call with Susan who then answered follow up question via email and managed to catch Hollie in store in AKL. She spent an hour with us trialling 4-5 carseat option until we found the correct fit for our family. I would highly recommend speaking with these ladies if you need a carseat. The service and expertises they offer is outstanding!

I contacted Hollie with a technical question about my capsule base and I cannot recommend her highly enough! Hollie went to great lengths to research and give me the information and support I needed to safely use my capsule. I have no hesitation recommending Hollie & Clicksafe. Her platform on Instagram is also a must follow for information about child restraint safety.
