A pointless branch. Not available when required and the alternative trip to the Bayfare branch is both costly in terms of time and money.. I may bank over the internet but such things as updating my efpos card ,legal documents etc require a bank visit. I am investigating a change of bank. This s non service is in line with the other Aussie owned banks and I dont care what they are doing in Australia.I live here. Banking is said to be a service industry. Perhaps all these aussie banks should be forced by the NZ government to get together and provide one shared outlet branch in places like Papamoa open 9 am til 4.30pm ,5and a half days a week. Not too much to ask . As they close bank branches is there to be a reduction in Bank charges? No , Its all about increasing bank profits in Australia.

Horrendously poor service. Total waste of time using Westpac. No staff when it's open in the short 4 hour window. All you do is stand at the locked door waiting while the person inside just "looks" busy occasionally walking around. By far the worst bank in new Zealand
