Initially I visited for a nose ring. Unfortunately this did not work out as the ring didnt end up twisted through my nose enough. As the piercing swelled over the day I noticed the ring wasnt all the way through my nose anymore. I have another nose ring so I was familiar with what was happening. It was a hassle as I had to drive back to the store. The team were apologetic and tried to fix the issue. It needed to be repierced so I declined and was offered a voucher. Almost a year later before it was about to expire I decided on my septum and booked in. I was pierced by Summer who was great. Really informative which I appreciated, kind & warm. Summer advised I had a slight deviated septum, so it may be slightly wonky. She had a ring herself so I was able to see how it may be. Piercing was smooth and summer actually got it perfectly straight. Its now been over a month and the piercing is healing really well. Gutted about my nose ring but the time with Summer made me feel less frustrated about the time and fuel wasted Id also like to mention other time Ive visited the staff have been lovely and happy to help with any queries. EDIT: unfortunately, all three of us ended up with infected piercings, and now none of us have piercings in from Charm Inc. An interesting outcome! // I was honestly so impressed by your willingness to honour our three appointments, even though we were so unexpectedly late. That was a huge blessing and were so appreciative. The piercers are amazing. It was my first time, after 11 piercings, to have a piercer actually measure where my piercings were going to be. THAT was incredible! I have wonky earlobes, so it showed initiative to do that. Thank you!!!

Got a piercing from Jessica yesterday. The whole experience was 10/10. Felt comfortable and well looked after. Good yarns too. Fully recommended going here. Great pricing and amazing customer service. Thanks again ladies!
