        From the first conversation with Vera, there was a sense of ease and nothing was going to be a problem. Her knowledge on the bikes was amazing. A test ride done, the bike was sold and when it wouldn't fit my bike carrier, Vera did not hesitate to let me use hers. Such fantastic service, and such a great bike. Looking forward to many enjoyable rides to come.
