        Went to buy grandson an ice cream, no one behind the counter walked around other side of kiosk and she was sitting at a table using her cell phone. I asked about service and she said had just sat down for her "break" and would not get up and serve !!!! Yes i realize all staff need a break but you have that when no customers waiting !!! Other people waiting walked away as well, very dissapointing !!

        Was in line for over 10 minutes , When it was my turn to be served she walked away and Completely ignored me . When I finally got her attention she told me they were closed . This happened at 4:40 today , youre signs clearly said yous closed at 6 . Done some shopping walked passed again and she was sitting down on her phone . Such bad customer service !!
