Yellow Umbrella - Human Resources Management + Leadership Development

Yellow Umbrella did a presentation where I work. They went through some of the top traits of everyone and explained things nicely and in a memorable way, to the point that I now understand how to work with not only my coworkers, but also with my clients, leaning into my strengths, other's strengths, and how to use my strengths to work of things that may not be my favorite, but still needs to get done. I learned more about myself and those I work with. Highly recommend not only taking the quiz, but also the seminar to understand more in depth what each/most terms mean/apply to you personally.

Great orientation of the Gallup testing - well structured day and facilitators were very familiar and confident with the Gallup content.
