        An amazing first time experience - Liz is an awesome instructor especially as an exercise novice, I felt like everything was explained carefully and she made sure I was doing it right (I felt it in muscles I never knew I had) without feeling silly! Ill definitely be back.

        I wanted to try something new and get moving again after having my baby. Liz is so encouraging, fun, a great teacher and the music is always on point. I felt really comfortable working out with the group, figuring out the machine and got a great workout. I always look forward to my next class plus I can take my bubba along if needed. Something for people of all fitness levels. Highly recommend.
