Snap Fitness 24-7 Papamoa

First time visit on a PH, new to the area: Although a little small it's a good gym with solid gear so gave a 5star. Not sure on service yet though will engage and update. Next day: 5pm, Well I engaged today and I'm sorry to say I wasnt welcomed let alone offered a personal trainer, only issued a staple hello on entry and later told off for dropping my weights failing in my last dropset on the cables. With on its often difficult to tell how hard they slap too. Shame service let's the place down as I didn't leave feeling like I wanted to go back so can now only be worth 3stars for set up alone. Thought about it some more tonight and think it might be time for a change, been very underwhelmed by Snap service since being back in NZ. Might be time to 'Snap' out of this blind loyalty. So final straw, 1

Fabulous! We came over from the UK for 6 weeks and absolutely loved using this gym. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff especially Kylie who went out of her way to accommodate us. Thank you all very much (we are back to 90+ people in the gym when we go in London and we miss the calm and friendly vibe at yours!)

Has everything I need, not as busy as City which makes all the difference. Friendly staff.
