They are experts in arranging (and rearranging!) flights, transfers, accommodation and tours, have great recommendations, and link seamlessly with contacts in other countries. Hi Maree I popped into the shop in Papamoa today to say Hi and Thank you for all the extra work you and Tanya and Shelley have had with my flights! Gosh who would have thought so many issues could happen?? Anyway I am safely home and had a wonderful time with my family celebrating Carnaval and catching up! I was very grateful to have a good travel agent when flights were cancelled in Auckland due to the cyclone. Many people in the queue who had booked the flights themselves were not looking forward to hours on the phone trying to rebook! You guys do a great job! Many Thanks! Suzanne Cherrie
