Z - Palm Beach - Service Station

Its a shame I am forced into sharing the experience I have just had with an overweight older woman behind the counter who I assume would have been the manager. Staff would not unlock the pump I had been waiting at and signalled to the main window I was ready to fill. No action whatsoever. I walked into the main door and asked if they could unlock the pump so I could start a fill. I was told quite sharply by the woman that we dont unlock the pumps at all. As an older middle aged male in an upmarket car I would have thought I would have been a low risk to the station as a thief (they grey hair, nice car and good clothes meant nothing to this woman apparently) and most stations would make a call to waive policy or at least be pleasant and open up the pump. Cant vouch for the other staff but this woman is damaging the business beyond reasonable doubt with her appalling attitude to customers. This is now the last Z station I would ever use and if youre smart you will will go around the corner to the NPD station and save yourself 30 cents a litre and self fill there. Customer service at Z Palm beach 0/10.

Great pump prices. Car wash, vacuum and tyre air pump is working.

I went in there yesterday and one of the workers was moving the cold treats like lollies cakes and things like that by the pie warmer she was moving them around with her bare hands handling cash and then touching food with her bare hands
