Recharge Phsyio at ReDefined

I had an appointment with Jaydn at Recharge this evening. I dont normally offer reviews but I was so impressed with the service I felt like it needed to be shared. It can be difficult to find a consummate professional knowledgeable in their ways, especially when it comes to diagnosis and treatment of niggly injuries - but Jaydn is it! Look no further. He was incredibly thorough, investigating the whole context around my injury and seeking to understand what I was experiencing. He did a number of exercises with me to test and confirm his theory. He was very knowledgeable on the workings of the body and took the time to explain and demonstrate it all for me so that I fully understand the injury, why it had occurred, how to rehabilitate it, and measures to prevent it happening again. He then treated the injury and provided me with a clear plan of rehabilitation towards treating the cause. The treatment plan is completely manageable and works around my lifestyle which makes it more easily maintained. I was thoroughly happy with the appointment and have already recommended him to a friend. Jaydn is a clear communicator, knowledgeable, professional, approachable and holistic in his approach. The ideal professional to put your health in his hands. Thank you Jaydn!

I highly recommend Jaydn. He's been the only person that's managed to move long-held tension through my neck and shoulders. I had tried a lot of different treatments before seeing Jaydn. He is very knowledgeable and has a great nature, helping you feel at ease.

I had a few treatments by Jaydn and it was amazing, he is super professional and treats the cause of the problem, he fixed my back and asked me to do certain exercises which helped me a lot. I highly recommend Recharge Physio.

I highly recommend Elzanne at recharge physio to anyone looking for an excellent physio! She is super knowledgable, caring and friendly. She did such an amazing job helping me to heal my injury and the strength exercises she has taught me have made a huge difference. Thank you so much Elzanne!

Jayden is great at what he does, I was a little nervous going because Ive never been to a physio before, but now Ive been a handful of times, I feel like an 80 year old when I walk in and when I walk out I feel like Im in my 20s again. Highly recommend
