I sent my pedal for repair and, within a couple of days, had a free quote of the repair price and if I would like to proceed with the repair. The pedal was delivered well protected ready for action.They provide excellent service and are transparent, polite and quick.

Called about getting a modification done to my amp, Waylon explained in detail why he could do it but it wouldn't get the results I wanted and then made recommendations on products he doesn't sell that would work. Incredible honesty

Wow! So blown away by Waylons Expertise and friendly service! I took in my guitar (my late fathers from 1969)he lovingly brought it to life with new strings and a makeover.... It truly sounds Amazing and so inspired to play it now!!! I also needed a strap and found the perfect one and at a really affordable price!! Waylon and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
