Tiny Tots Party Hire

I booked in a bouncy castle nearly a month before my child's upcoming birthday party. Paid my deposit and arranged collection. After paying the full hire amount and bond 3 days before the hire date I received an email that the castle I have booked on pre inspection hire is irreparably damaged and would be disposed of. I enquired immediately of what the suitable replacement is and was offered that the only available castle available on my hire date would cost me extra! I responded that I would not be paying extra for a replacement product, due to damage at no fault of mine. Why on earth would anyone pay more for a product/service that needs to be clearly compensated for the companys short coming?! I didnt get response until 16 hours later, with a refusal to accommodate and offer me a replacement castle. I was notified I have been refunded without further discussion on a resolution! Now only two days from my child's party and no castle, a revolting customer service experience and no hope of a bouncy castle. DO NOT waste your time and effort with this company, its simply not worth the risk. Thank you Dani for being completely unprofessional, your business is sure to fail.

We hired the Dino Bouncy castle for my daughters 4th birthday party and it was a hit! Such a great price point, and over and above customer service. Dani was super helpful and accomodating to our requirements. Castle was easy to set up and pack down and worked perfectly. Will definitely use their party stuff again in the future!
