Papamoa Pharmacy

Terrible customer service and attitude from a particular staff member. The other staff are lovely, but unfortunately I will not return again to this pharmacy due to her! This lady is ruining your business! After relaying my experience to a family member and friends they too have had similar experiences here and stopped using the store a long time ago! I suggest the lady in question, who also needs a lesson on how to wear her mask correctly gets some customer service lessons or moves on to something more suited to her demeanour.

Poor and disrespectful customer service. I went this afternoon to the pharmacy to get isopropyl alcohol to clean my cameras lens ! And the blonde lady even asked me how many or for what for! Shes just said I cant sell you so many because people does Pi (drug) with that. I felt really embarrassed and offended !!!! Im an artist and I went to get 6 isopropyl to clean my equipment which I have a Photoshoot this week ! ( Ive explained that to her! And shes just said I Cant sale it for you ) So I left the alchemist and went to the pharmacy at countdown in bayfair! ( Ive got my isopropyl to clean my equipment at bayfair) Thats is racist behavior ! And so disrespectful! I was there around 5:30pm this afternoon.
