        A big thank you to Paul( vet) and staff for all the care and follow up given when my dog (an Italian greyhound) had dental work done....recovered well and would certainly like to recommend papamoa vets highly

        My family has used Papamoa vets for the last 17 years for our cats, but customer service and communication has severely declined in the past year. Taking one cat in for dental work, we received no communications about the need for the cat to fast and had to take her home and rebook for another day. Our other cat went in today for bloods, and unknown to us was given sedation to carry out the procedure. This was not communicated to us, nor what we should do once we took her home. It was only when we rang up to ask the vet why our cat was so spacey and wobbly, were we told the full story. In addition, her claws were cut without our permission, which our geriatric cat uses to get around and to climb up to her drinking fountain. We are not happy with this kind of service and disappointed to see Papamoa vets go downhill.
