I had such a great experience doing the 5 week baby massage course with my baby of 6 months. Alex created such a warm, inviting environment from her home and we felt really comfortable. Alex is such a great teacher, knowledgeable and passionate about massage and the benefits for you and your bubs. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and highly recommend it to others. I throughly enjoyed the five week massage course with my little one Isabel who was 7 months old. Alex was an amazing teacher! Each week we worked on a different body part/s and Alex provided a take home sheet of the exercises so we could practise at home. The beautiful space Alex creates provides the ideal relaxing environment for you and your little one to relax, learn and enjoy some bonding time. It was great to meet some other Mums and share experiences. I highly recommend doing this course, your little one will thank you for it as well
