I forgot the name of the girl who did my brows because her name is very unique but I mean it when I say my brows haven't looked soo good in years She did an amazing job with me and tending to whoever walked in as she was the only person in there at the time. She thanked me many times for my patience but I just wanna take the time no to thank her for how beautiful my brows look!!! I loved that she always checked with me about shape and thickness of my brows and was telling me to "be fussy" It really made a huge difference to feel as though my opinion on my face was important lol, sounds over dramatic but I've never had this kind of customer service anywhere! Will definitely be back !!

I have previously booked appointments with YC beauty and normally they are always late. But this time, I had booked for my first Spray Tan months advance for my 21st. As I arrived to my appointment of course they were closed and did not make any effort to contact me regarding cancellation. I did however receive refund. Which gives you my one star. Service: Tanning

Booked an appointment days in advance. Travelled from Wellington for a birthday only to arrive to my appointment and no one was at the store. Phoned both numbers available online a few times and no one would answer so I sent a txt. Got a few invaluable messages back with no solution offered and no response at all to say whether or not anyone was coming. Unprofessional. I was so dissapointend and deflated after waiting and waking around for 30mins waiting. I ended up having to go and purchase makeup to do it myself. Might pay to confirm your own booking if you choose to book here.
