        I had a booking for an organisational outing and had approximately three changes made to our booking from our end. Each change was met with friendly, accommodating, and efficient service. Overall, we had to cancel our booking due to unforeseen circumstances and I was still met with a happy and helpful employee who made it a lot easier for me.         Took advantage of the covid opportunity: even when things should return to normal **Can No longer buy school passes on bus..and getting rid of the $90 bus pass to now a $50 a week pass? Deserve the rating for that. Unless it will return as it was, or better, dont bother responding
