        Is there any charges to apply IRD number? These ladies collected $10 for IRD application. As website showing there is no any kind of fee. They didnt gave us any receipt of $10. I have doubt why they collected money in cash form? Old lady said card is not acceptable you have to give us cash if you dont pay $10 then process may be long than given processing time frame Is it corruption?

        Customer service is absolutely appalling. The ladies at the front desk make everything so hard for you, we are there frequently and every time we are there there is always something different that wont allow us to do what we need to do. Horrible horrible frequent experiences. Would not recommend

        Drove 40 mins from rural Pikowai as it said it closes at 5pm to pick up replacement license. Got here at 430pm and doors are locked. No one will answer door although they are inside.
