What a brilliant experience I've just had with this business, I needed to send flowers to a family member who needed to know they were loved, Sarah took my order with great professionalism & empathy, with Sarah's added support, Debbie (the owner) created a simply gorgeous bouquet and delivered it for me in record time. The recipient called me in tears, one hour later, telling me how simply stunning they were. So "kudos", Debbie to you and your team. I live in Brisbane, Australia. I placed an order online for my Mum who lives in Whakatane, 5-6pm my time so very late back home in NZ and the store was closed. My Mum received her beautiful bouquet of flowers and gift basket full of goodies by 9am the next morning my time. There was no hassles at all with the transaction.
