        Adele, Trish and the service team are great. Having been recommended to see them regarding our service it was great to meet them and also they not only did as asked but gave our Ute a wash, and a precheck for a WOF. So booked in again for the WOF and the brakes as required. All done and dusted and now safe again for towing our caravan. Not as expensive as it would have been in Auckland. Thanks Girls and Guys very happy

        Two days ago I agreed to purchase a vehicle from Stacey and this vehicle was put on hold including the placement of a hold sticker to allow her time to check one request regarding a cambelt with her manager Stephen. I was reassured many times that it wouldnt be sold whilst awaiting word. A day later and after many hours of attempts to contact Stacey or Stephen to finalise the sale without success I get a call to say the vehicle has been sold to another. I just dont understand how a business of this scale could pull a move like this. Just as important as this painful experience is the fact that it took 8 phone calls across a full day to receive a short weak response as to their reasoning. I never once heard from Stephen although Im sure hell respond to this with their side now theres a record of truth as to how they operate. Avoid at all costs.
