The Cut Cutting Bar

I walked in to enquire about a complex-ish haircut I was wanting to get and was only told that it would cost from $47 which I could obviously read, however wanted an estimate to save myself from sitting in the line of 5 people for a simple haircut and it cost me $200. I asked the lady at the counter for an estimate and her only response was from $47 while pointing at the board and making sure I saw her doing so, as if i couldnt read it for myself. Not sure if that was her intention but thats what it felt like. Her response felt condescending and rude. Which im sure isnt a reflection of the business as a whole, but I think that an estimate would have been nice to save any future customers from waiting to be charged an unreasonable price (which I am only saying because I wasnt told an actual price). Which is an unfortunate experience, since i have heard such good reviews about their skills but their customer service made me go elsewhere.

I got my hair trimmed, thinned and straightened here about 3 weeks ago from the mori lady with the tattoos and it is honestly the best haircut I have ever had. My hair is naturally thick and every time I get it thinned from previous salons it doesnt even feel like it has been thinned haha. My hair looks and feels soo much healthier. It also sits really nice whether I have it tied up or down. Thank youu soo much. I only get my hair cut once a year bc i am too lazy so ill definitely be back when I visit town again:)))
