        My main question is do you guys have a grace period and if so what is it? We were 15 minutes late at maximum due to heavy road works and came from 40 minutes away. To our surprise we had our service cancelled and they began another job that was not penciled in for another 15 minutes after we had arrived so was rather frustrating if I am honest. Understandable that you may have assumed we werent coming but to laugh in his face when he arrived and then proceed to give us no reschedule time after you started another job 15 minutes early.. its just interesting. If you dont have a grace period thats fine but maybe next time state that in a confirmation email or phone call. Thankfully a workshop down the road took us in happily and also were confused about the situation.
