        Dr Gefro has been failing my well being and mis diagnosing me and saying that I don't have Epilepsy and in my medical records it states I do. He rushes me in my appointments and feels like he is only about the money and breaching the disability human rights act, code of ethics and Te Tiriti o waitangi act. Very poor service. Where is the Te Whakakoha Rangatiratanga (respectful relationship) to client and meeting the Whare Tapawha hauora

        Worst medical services provider.i happened twice to us.not recommend at all...they dont even worth one star .

        Very Bad reception service from Tracy especially over phone , she talks very abrupt and is the only reason i dont bother going to appointments that i need to go to ,this isnt good for maori or pakeha who struggle to get checkups ,I think I won't be the only one in this town whose experienced this rude treatment , the other young girl is awesome talks to me in a dignified way
