Terrible company to deal with

Worst company ever so many issues - sent me the application form with wrong details not even my details, it was other customer details. On another occasion they emailed me that they received request switch to other provider which I didnt request it. When I replied them, they ignored me and billed me. I had to call them to get this sorted. So many issues during my 2 years with them (currently on bundle contract, will switch after contract ends). Cant wait to end contact with them.

Worst company weve ever used. Left us without power, which meant we couldnt use our pump to get water on the west coast after weeks of organising and jumping through hoops

WORST ENERGY COMPANY. I was given authority by my mum and when I call up to pay and give my credit card information, they have no trouble telling me this and that. They answered all my questions. However when I try to call up again to confirm my payment, the guy said I have no authority to know all this information. So know I don't if I had paid or not and am sitting here wondering if I am going to still get my power restored or if anyone is coming. This is such a problematic company and I can't even call up and know what is going on with my house.

I can't understand why there aren't dozens of 5 star reviews (although I cynically note many are from 1 or 2 time reviewers). I've been with Nova for 3 years. The few times I've called the phone is answered instantly, although I did have a 2 minute wait today, shocking. A kiwi answers and hallelujah I can understand every word. They cannot be more helpful, genuine, welcoming and pleasant. Most recently I called about slow internet speeds and a new modem and booster arrived by courier (marked urgent) the next day. Although the instructions were idiot proof, I still had to call, my embarrassing mistake sorted in a couple of minutes. Recently they reduced broadband charges and they passed the savings onto current customers, in my experience, reduced prices are only for new customers, existing customers get nothing. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Nova energy for 10/10 service and price.
