Whakatane Miniature Railway and Skatepark

Sadly the facilities were not being used when we cycled past. But what a super spot for this sort of recreation. Well done Whakatane - we'll be back.

Kids love this place and rates are so low that you cant just leave after only one ride.

Such a cute little thing to do on a Sunday morning! Im 100% sure the kids will love it through and through! Because even big kids like myself do!! It was quite heartwarming to see a bunch of retired gents working hard together to keep this going and to bring joy to families and little ones. Thank you x
