        Great shop and awesome staff,in fact the owner usually looks after you. Fireplaces and all bathrooms, toilets and plumbing supplies and many more goods. I ve been a tradesman for over 40 years and this shope rates as one of the best I know. And their bargain table has me surprised every time I go there. I come all the way from Raglan and would never miss to stop at Shapleys!

        Took them over 6 months to replace a tiny vanity. I lost count how many times they came and failed to put the new one in. Maybe 5+?! Turns out they can't measure, order, bill, communicate. Terrible service. If they can't get the small jobs right I'd hate to imagine what the big jobs are like. Will never use ever again. So much stress for what should have been a simple job. Shame I can't give a zero star rating!
