        Poor communication. Shoes arrived Nov 22, wrong size. Thought it would be easy exchange. Wrong. Feb 23 I gave up and asked for a refund and was told next day it would be processed......still waiting g in April

        Not the best purchase experience - purchased a pair of HOKA's of Podium's website - took 10 days and contact via eMail and FaceBook to get an answer saying they missed the order. They said about refunding however still nothing yet... even tho bank transfers go each weekday.

        I brought shoes on line.. Got a friendly ph call to say they didn't have that color in stock. It's been 2.5weeks after we arranged a refund. Numerous emails got me no where. A firm phone call with plenty of expression today got me refunded with the help of a nice helpful staff member. Really rubbish organizing Ben. Looks like this is not a first for first class poor service.
