After giving this some serious thought, I felt it was important for me to share my experience with Xrealty Whakatane. Sadly, I found out very quickly that my choice to choose Xrealty was not a good one on my part. This company was totally incompetent and unprofessional (I can only speak of my experience). The first client brought to my house was awful first experience with the agency, So I had a word with the office staff in regards to this experience and they explained their reasons for this having taken place. I then reluctantly gave this staff member a second chance but sadly the issue continued to occur much to my astonishment. The issue was the agent did not attempt in any manner to try and sell my property to clients when she showed them through, she hardly said a word, didn't show or point anything out to the clients to the extend of not even showing the clients the outdoor areas so I felt like I needed to do her job for her. I certainly got the distinct impression she was never happy about being at my property and with open homes often fled like on the button or even early never stayed to discuss how the open home went either which in my experience that is common practice. Even If I was 1 minute late after open home was due to end, she was would be packed up and gone. Also, she never left a sign at the end of the street to guide people to my open home. Which again I thought was common practice. In all my own and my familys experiences in selling properties I ve never come across this level of incompetency, frankly very disappointed in the whole ordeal. I think it also necessary mention I felt her dress code was always FAR too casual for someone in her position. I certainly, from my experience, will not be recommending this agency.
